Discover the joy of bringing home one of our 9 gorgeous Golden Retreiver puppies born on the 4th December and ready for their forever homes beginning of February. We are happy to hold your pup until you’re home after the holidays and can provide weekly video updates till then.
Honey and her pups are based on Mohaka River Farm, half way between Napier and Taupo. You are welcome to come and meet the pups and mom for yourself. Honey is just what her name suggests, incredibly sweet and gentle, the perfect family dog! She has a stunning golden coat and is a devoted mother, playful and very loyal. Our three teenage children are homeschooled and love spending time with the pups. The pups will come well socialised and accustomed to farm life with our cat, chickens and other dogs on the property. Honey has been hip and elbow scored and is acceptable for breeding.
Olly (sire) is a very loving and loyal male with the most gentle sweet nature. Olly’s DNA testing through Orivet, Australia cleared him of any hereditary and genetic diseases. His pen hip score placed him in the top 5% for the breed in the world and his elbow was 0.5 and 0 amazing as well! He too has a deep golden coat and currently has 4 of his pups with puppy raisers training with the mobility assistance dogs and passed the medical tests to sire for guide dogs. We have taken updated photos of each puppy, and made a Christmas card should you like to download your puppies card.

All puppies are robust and thriving and will have had regular de-worming, have been vet checked and first vaccination along with a puppy starter pack.
