Jelly is an active and sweet pup, 10mths old, medium size (approx when full grown) Staffy bull terrier x (we don't know what Jelly is mixed with).

Good with stock: Not chickens
Good with children under 10: Yes
Good with children over 10: Yes
Needs fencing at least: 1.2m high
Can be left alone during work hours: For a couple of hours

Jelly loves playing or hanging out with dogs of all sizes. She has been really sweet with young foster pups and snuggles with them at nap time. She was the runt of the litter BUT has made up for her smaller stature with confidence and playfulness.

Jelly is affectionate and enjoys a cuddle with her people or the other foster pups as much as playing. She loves toys and is also food orientated so is easy to train. She is toilet and crate trained as well as basic obedience such as sit, touch, leave and learning to walk nicely on a leash and harness. She travels well in a car and loves going on adventures.

Jelly would be best in a home with an adult dog with an affectionate nature to keep her company and play / teach her.

Ellie’s Canine Rescue are based in the Greater Wellington region, depending on the dog we do adopt out of the Wellington region but request any potential owner meet us and the dog in person and if successful drive home with the dog. We do not ship dogs unmet. Undesexed dogs and puppies are not rehomed outside of the Greater Wellington Region.
