Have had her since birth having bred her.
Has been over probably 50 kills hunting - mainly deer.
She is a good dog, friendly and wants to work for you, with a strong hunting drive.
Has commands for stop (hand or pssst), stay, come (verbal, whistle, hand signal), let's go (verbal or hand), sit, heel, get up (in truck).
She will make for an excellent dog for a professional hunter or someone who gets into the hills a bit and needs a quiet dog on the hoof with a good nose.
Hunted in bush, tussock country, crosses rivers no worries, climbs mountains.
Grown up with 3 young kids right from day one so good with the family and kids.
Kennels well outside - generally been an outside dog but used to have her in house and only sitting on her mat in the winter.
Needs exercise every day.
She doesn't like little yappy dogs (because they yap and charge her).
Can be a bit 'pully' on the lead around town but with more work this will improve - mainly use heel with her which she is good with.

Only selling due to a change in living situation and I don't envision giving her the work for the next few years. We have two dogs, Dusk and her mum, but won't be hunting enough to do Dusk (or two dogs) justice.

She will be in central North Island 25/12/24 - 6/01/25 or South Island again between 8/01/25 - 22/01/25 or North Island again after the 23/01/25.

Dusk is in good health living on a mixed diet of venison, tahr, dog biscuits.
She is in good health and has been raised and cared for in accordance with the Code of Welfare.
She has had the required vaccinations right from a puppy (Vet Records will be provided).
All treatments for parasites (worms and fleas) are up to date.
